My idea is based on a comment you, Emily Rooney, made today, Jan 1, on the year end review show: I'd like to see more of an exploration of the following concept (quoted, but I can't remember who...
Sarah Palin's book tour
The publication of Sarah Palin's new book, Going Rogue, has the former GOP Vice-Presidential candidate on virtually every media platform. Oprah Winfrey promoted her interview as a “world exclusive.” ABC News just called it “exclusive.” Newsweek’s cover photo of Palin has been called sexist. How has the news media portrayed Palin?

Hi Adam, Ralph, Kara,
ST: More on Adam's "She plays the Game"
ST: Where was B-t-Press analysis
Adam hit the mark the best with his observation from the RNC convention.
My wife in watching her and many power women over the years sees Sarah as a Huge Game player that is quite the actress. She found it pretty disgusting how like at a Sunday dinner she traped out her entire family and the young dad for show. Wow, another child without a dad and selfish sheilla is considered a Family Builder by guys like Dobson (Focus on the Family)
I haven't seen the actual magazine so I have no idea if any of you are correct about sexism or just don't get it.. If she was a guy or some overweight oversized gal and did some of the same stuff she has done she would be a Goner. Yet with her looks and how she uses her body everything sells. Emily did point that out in a different way.
The biggest B-t-Press problem I have with this segment is very little analysis of the news was evident. Yes I did hear good comments from Adam and one good one from Kara.
