ACORN files a lawsuit

The community advocacy organization ACORN is suing the filmmakers who secretly videotaped workers condoning illegal activities. The suit centers on a Maryland law making it illegal to tape someone without consent.  They’ve asked for a temporary restraining order to keep the video from being aired anywhere. When and under what conditions should journalists use hidden cameras?

A really important point... Where was the Defund Blackwater Act?

As far as I know, the way the "Defund ACORN Act" was also the "Defund Blackwater Act" and the same goes for at least the 10 largest defense contractors, all of which have been CONVICTED of fraud, let alone just accused of fraud, like ACORN. If this bill only applies to ACORN, it's an unconstitutional bill of attainder.

It was good to see a little more diversity on the show tonight.
