His attorney calls him Clark Rockefeller. The prosecution calls him Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter. The judge calls him the defendant. How should the media refer to the accused kidnapper?

BTW, I knew that Emily was going to cover this topic since this program is in general built off what the rest of the news is covering and sometimes seems a copy-cat with only small original thinking. This story on the TV news is being badly covered if we look at the original Globe articles on his history with his daughter, the museum,,, community. RockyC (Gerhart) is guilty because the media wants it that way to make life simple for them, yet the real story isn't being covered.
I think it was Keller, or maybe Kennedy that said something like "I just don't care". As the story is being covered on 5, 7, etc I totally agree, yet there was another side to this story (media failure) that could awaken the media.
